The Traffic Monitoring and Investigation Unit (TMI) of the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation says it has arrested 22 vehicles for various traffic offences. The Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Mr Oluwaseun Osiyemi announced this in Lagos on Sunday.
