Hotel Worker Shot At Gros Islet Bus Stand

Police say they have  launched an investigation into a shooting incident at the Gros Islet Bus stand in Castries about 6 O' clock on Friday morning, in which a male hotel worker was injured.A law enforcement official told St Lucia Times that according to reports, an unknown assailant fired at a group of individuals with the result that a bullet grazed the hotel worker who was conveyed to hospital.The law enforcement official said the victim was treated and has since been released from hospital.There are no further details at this time.Headline photo: Internet stock image
