PORT-AU-PRINCE, (Reuters) - Armed gangs launched a fresh attack on Haiti’s capital before dawn yesterday, killing residents in the Delmas 30 neighbourhood and causing more residents to flee as gangs continue to operate unchecked in the Caribbean nation.
