Following the observation of the World Blood Donor Day on June 14th, President of the Guyana Football Federation (GFF), Wayne Forde donated one unit of blood to the National Blood Transfusion Service, as part of the day’s significance.
This was disclosed by an official release from the federation.
According to the correspondence, Forde opined on the importance of donating blood by revealing a personal story of tragedy.
