Ms. Monroe-Perry leads the recruitment efforts across the enterprise at Warnaco, a diversified portfolio of highly recognized brands, including Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Underwear, Chaps, Warner’s, Olga and Speedo., enabling the company to serve a diverse range of consumers around the world. She is charged with finding top talent ranging from Senior to entry-level positions.

Monroe-Perry has been newly re-elected as President of Black Retail Action Group (BRAG), a non-for-profit organization which has a mission to be the leading provider of resources and development support that empowers Blacks and all people of color to reach their highest professional potential in retail and related industries.

She is a Board member of and Secretary to the Evidence A Dance Company, and a member of the following organizations: The New York Coalition of 100 Black Women, the National Association of Professional Women, the Retail Marketing Society and Hampton University Alumni Association.
