For African Americans, the vaccination question goes beyond availability and risk to focus on trust. In a year that has further unearthed America's long and festering history of racism and inequity, including "Karen's" police calls, killing innocent unarmed Black civilians and voter suppression, can we trust that America has our best interests at heart when it comes to this vaccine?
