Fetter Health Care Network (FHCN), a Federally Qualified Health Center, in partnership with Berkeley and Charleston County Municipalities and Government, operates a free mobile COVID-19 Respiratory Collection Test Site in both counties.
Between Monday, May 4, 2020 and Friday, May 15, 2020, FHCN reported that it administered 2,493 tests throughout Berkeley and Charleston Counties.
The FQHC administered a total of 472 tests in Berkeley County with 33 confirmed positives.
“We first initiated a testing site in Berkeley County and have now expanded into Charleston and Dorchester Counties.
The mobile testing sites have rotated throughout various communities within Berkeley and Charleston County and began serving Dorchester County on Monday, May 18, visiting a new location each day.
