Mosaic Templars Cultural Center's annual Juneteenth Celebration gets underway at 1 p.m. Wednesday on the center's Facebook page with a program of poetry, music and dance, followed at 7 p.m. by a special, livestream forum dedicated to the "State of the Black Community" with panelists FranSha Anderson, Raven Cook, Ryan Davis and Scott Hamilton.
