Friday morning, the Raphael Warnock for U.S. Senate campaign announced a new round of endorsements from state officials, including members of the Metro Atlanta delegation inside the State Capitol.
“Since I began my service at Ebenezer Baptist Church, I have watched and admired their leadership and work in our state for years.
Warnock’s name was not on ballots in Tuesday’s primary election because his contest between U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler and U.S. Rep. Doug Collins is a special election to be held on November 3rd.
The two candidates with the most votes would then face each other in December, sending the winner to Washington to serve the final two years of former U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson.
