Devos on opening schools in the fall during pandemic - Black News Channel

In an interview today, Secretary of Education Betsy Devos spoke on her offices stance on children returning to the classroom this amid doubt that there is tangible plans to protect students. “The key is that kids have to get back to school,” DeVos said, “And we know there are going to be hot spots. And those need to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. But the rule should be that kids go back to school this fall. They have been missing months of learning.” She also stated, “There’s nothing in the data that suggests that kids being in school []
