Colorado Black Round Table summit aims to focus on gaps facing Black communities in Denver and Colorado. The summit kicks off Thursday at 3:30 p.m., lasting till 9 p.m., and features remarks from local and national elected officials, including Denver Mayor Mike Johnston and Rep. Diana DeGette. The summit will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel at 3203 Quebec St. Thursday and Friday between 4 and 9 p.m. Saturday's events will be held at the Zion Senior Citizens Center located at 5151 E. 33rd Ave. between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
