Debbie Pollock-Berry

Debbie Pollock-Berry is senior vice president of human resources for XO Communications. She oversees recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance-management and implementing human resources policies and strategies in support of the XO nationwide workforce, supporting the achievement of key business objectives and building a workplace environment that creates the behaviors to drive the company’s success. Additionally she oversees the diversity efforts and talent-management strategies.

Prior to joining XO Communications, Ms. Pollock-Berry served as chief people officer for the North American Energy Alliance (NAEA).

She has also successfully completed a variety of professional leadership development programs including the “Strategic Leadership for Women Program” at the Simmons School of Management. Pollock-Berry serves on the 2013 HR Forum Advisory Board, The Governing Body of the Washington, DC Human Resources Leadership Summit, The Executive Advisory Council of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and she is in the 2012 Class of LEAD VIRGINIA.
