Eight fourth and fifth-grade Dallas ISD students presented original speeches at the 32nd Annual Foley MLK Jr. Oratory Competition, with Aiden Body from T.L. Marsalis Elementary School winning first place for her speech on Dr. King's use of banking as a metaphor for freedom, prosperity, and peace.
