Observances of Veteran’s Day in the Virgin Islands started off with a tribute to Michael Jackson. The top official present at the Nov. 5 celebration, Gov. Albert Bryan, seemed to enjoy the fact that the Washington D.C.- born Coast Guard vet shared a name with the late, world famous pop singer.
