For the last decade, Chiquita V. White has dedicated her professional career at Procter Gamble to research and development behind improving hair care products.

But for the last 30 years, White’s passion has been nurturing minority and female interest in math and science careers.

Now an associate director at PG, White oversees about 30 RD professionals working several projects.

White's colleagues are happy to see her recognized as a 2017 YWCA Career Woman of Achievement.

"Chiquita White has a sustained track record of investing into the development of individuals of all levels, both within her department and through her countless mentees across the company," said Aaron LeRey Byers, a PG RD recruiter.
