Southland residents anxious to travel got some good news from federal health authorities, who issued new guidance stating that people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can safely travel domestically. ``You do not need to get tested or self-quarantine if you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past three months,'' U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials said Friday. ``You should still follow all other travel recommendations.''
