Bradley T. Sheares was Chief Executive Officer of Reliant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Sheares has over 25 years of experience in science, business and the pharmaceutical industry.

Sheares is the former President of U.S. Human Health at Merck and Co., Inc., a global leader in

the pharmaceutical industry. Sheares’ lead the commercial launch in the U.S. of CRIXIVAN, an

HIV protease inhibitor for the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Sheares holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from Fisk
