[Shabelle] The Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) Moussa Faki Mahamat has appointed Ambassador Mohammed El-Amine Souef, of the Union of Comoros, as his Special Representative to Somalia and Head of the AU Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS).
