Brown developed expertise in Executive Search with Korn Ferry International and Pen James & Associates, before co-founding and serving as Managing Director of the executive search firm, Bridge Partners from 1994 to 2006.

Brown is a Director of the LifeWay Network, and previously a Director of Ashley Stewart Holdings, Inc., Drew University, Sports Authority, and Zale Corp. Brown served as a Trustee with the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
