The latest edition of the Carthage Film Festival kicked off in Tunisia Sunday (Oct 30) for a week of film screenings from African and Arab countries. Over 40 films were shortlisted in the 4 main categories of the festival. Saudi Arabia is the special guest of honor for this edition.
