[spotlight] Having woken up at around 5am to come to the hospital to collect her medication, sixty-nine-year-old Gogo Nophumzile Cwane had been hoping to be among the first few patients to arrive. But, to her dismay, she finds dozens of other people ahead of her already queueing and seated on the benches in the waiting room. Cwane has no choice but to join the queue and settle in for the wait.
