J Alexander Kueng, Thomas K. Lane and Tou Thao appeared at Hennepin County District Court, and two of their attorneys said Chauvin dismissed them as they tried to de-escalate the situation, according to the Star Tribune.
Lane’s attorney, Earl Gray, said in court.
They are each charged with one count of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
Chauvin faces charges of second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, as Blavity previously reported.
