Police in Washington D.C. say they arrested a man outside of Vice President Kamala Harris's home on Wednesday. According to police, 31-year-old Paul Murray was found outside of the Naval Observatory where Vice President Harris resides. They found a rifle and a large capacity clip in his car parked in downtown Washington. Murray was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a rifle or shotgun outside of a business, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device, according to FOX 5.
